The games room is to the rear of the house with 46” flat screen LCD TV with Sky satellite channels, Wi console and spectacular bi-fold sliding doors that lead onto the decked terrace directly overlooking the beach with outside seating. There is a spiral staircase that leads from the downstairs deck to the up-stairs terrace.
There are three double bedrooms, one with a ensuite bathroom and 5 foot king size bed, one with an ensuite shower room and a 6 foot super king bed and one has a “ Jack & Jill lay-out” to double as downstairs loo and shower room, with twin 3 foot beds. Two of the bedrooms are sea-facing, one with its own sliding doors onto a terrace, with the other room overlooking fields to the rear. There is a utility room containing a washing machine tumble drier and central vacuum.
A spiral staircase leads up to the first floor to a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, living area. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, with Miele appliances, (2 electric cookers, hob, microwave, and dishwasher), magimix coffee maker and American fridge/freezer.The dining area with large oak table has seating for 10.
The lounge with frameless floor to ceiling glazing to maximise the views of the beach, sea and views looking towards Fairlight Cove cliffs and the Rother estuary. A feature of the lounge is a large Bodart & Gonay contemporary log burning stove which is perfect for those cooler autumn and winter breaks. There is another 46” flat screen LCD TV with DVD player and Sky satellite channels, and IPOD Dock/CD player/radio.
There are sliding doors leading from the dining area onto the V-shaped 1st floor terrace with outdoor seating and spiral staircase down to lower deck and garden.
There is a Master bedroom suite with 6 foot super-king bed, dressing room , IPOD Dock/CD player/radio and en-suite bath room with over-sized bath and window looking out to sea.
NOTE-There is a second floor study/terrace which is not available for use by tenants.
There is a built-in sunken seating area next to the beach with firepit/BBQ, shower and decked boardwalk onto the beach.
To the front of the property there is a gravelled driveway with parking for 2/3 cars.
